01Using Aether
You may use Aether for personal and commercial projects under an active plan.
Don't resell the kit as-is, and don't use it to build anything unlawful.
02Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
Keep your billing details current so your plan stays active.
03Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
We offer a 14-day refund on first purchases — just reply to your receipt.
04Intellectual property
You own what you build. We own the underlying kit, engine, and brand.
05Liability
Aether is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages.
